Missions Statement
Our mission is to increase access to services and equalisation of opportunities for visually impaired persons through partnership, raising funds, and influencing change.
The blind and visually impaired need assistance and its through partnership that we can raise money to reach the blind especially while they are young to give them a better chance at life.
We want to awaken public interest in the welfare of the blind and all matters relating to blindness to give the blind better opportunities in life.
Founder
Wambui Njau
Wambui's aim and objective of the organisation is to promote educational opportunities and support for the blind and visually impaired in Kenya and the UK. Items donated so far include laptops with suitable software, the White Cane, liquid level indicators, braille copiers, etc. These help a visually or blind person be more independent. It's only fair that the blind have the same opportunities as the sighted.
Aims
We aim to promote educational opportunities for girls and boys particularly the disadvantaged, totally blind, and visually impaired. Mentorship and raising funds for provision of equipment suitable for the visually impaired.
